Try the shoes on in the comfort of your home and if you are not fully satisfied, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return the parcel.
When trying on the shoes, please be careful not to damage the soles, the outside/inside of the shoes or the shoe box. We recommend that all shoes are tried on a soft surface (carpet) in order to avoid damage.
HOW TO RETURN
If an item does not meet your expectations or you picked the wrong size, your items may be returned.
Make sure the shoes are in a sellable condition. The items must be returned in original condition, along with the extra pair of insoles, dust paper, postcard and the intact box as all these elements are considered part of the product. Place the shoe box inside a larger, accommodating box in order to prevent damage during shipping.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will have to send it back to you
In order to return you need to print out a return form. Please open the following link HERE.
Complete it and clearly mention your name, order number, e-mail and reason for return/exchange. The return address is in the Netherlands and is provided on the form.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs . We recommend returning the items with a certified postal service so you will be able to track your parcel. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse lost packages without a track & trace code.

Returned goods will be refunded. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s card and processed within 30 days on receipt of returned item(s).
Be aware that we don’t exchange items. If the size does not fit and you want another size, please return the item as described above, and place a new order with the correct size from the webshop.
