Du Loua offers a full refund within 14 days of delivery date.
When trying on the shoes, be careful not to damage the soles, the outside/inside of the shoes or the shoe box. We recommend trying on a soft surface (carpet) to prevent damage.
If an item does not meet your expectations or if you have chosen the wrong size, the items can be returned.
Please return all items in their original condition and packaging. Any additional insoles and tissue paper must also be returned. We will not accept items that are worn, stained, or damaged.
Place the shoe box inside a larger, suitable box to prevent damage during shipping.
Please note; Items purchased from the Archive Sale cannot be returned.

Please note: Return packages that do not contain a return form or customer information cannot be processed as a return package. Without any information, no refund can be processed.
Du Loua cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transport. To ensure the arrival of your return, we recommend using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.
Before the shoes leave our warehouse, they are fully checked by our team. If unfortunately you have received an item that is classified as defective or damaged, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order via info@duloua.com.
REFUNDS
A refund for a return will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method.
EXCHANGES
If you still want a different size or color, you can place a new order yourself.
